ATS, Inc., and ATS Specialized Inc., are motor carriers that employ company drivers and contract with independent contractors, lease operators, and owner-operators.

Competitive Equipment Sales, Inc. (CES) is a sister company that leases and sells commercial equipment. ATS does not operate a lease program. Independent contractors interested in leasing may work directly with CES.
